This is the Naval Submarine base right beside the park. Pretty Cool, they have a submarine buried right at the entrance to the base. It is a big base called Kingsbay Submarine.
Love going for a walk to Crooked River State Park which is a short walk away. I decided to take my camera and just past the pond and there was a crane . The park is such a beautiful walk and they tell me that somedays you can see Dolphins in the river. No luck for me yet but I am hopeful.
